From all of us at Adventure Web Interactive, we would like to thank our clients for their continued support and patronage to our firm in these stressful times.
The spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all our minds and in the news. We’d like to reassure you that AWI has been monitoring this situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of our customers.
As an award-winning digital agency with 23 years of experience serving hundreds of firms small and big alike, we are prepared to assist you through this time.
Because of the serious nature of this virus, our onsite staff is minimal – most employees are working from home every day. AWI is staying available to address the concerns and needs of our clients through the following customer service features, many of which were put in place in the last several months.
Our phone system is cloud-based. This gives our customers the ability to reach our key support personnel at their regular business extensions.
Key support personnel have an app installed on their cell phones to answer their extensions from any location. If an employee’s extension rings to voice mail, the voice message is then emailed directly to them.
In case of an?extreme?emergency, we have an emergency contact form on the lower left of our website. By triggering this option, key personnel are immediately text-messaged and move into action. Please only use in cases of an?extreme emergency. (Website is down, emergency notice needs to be put on your site, etc.) NOTE: If you use the emergency contact form you may receive a tracking alert notification from your web browser. We have added security on this form to identify the source of where it is coming from to prevent abuse or unauthorized request to update a client’s site.
As the situation evolves, AWI will release any relevant updates to our customers and partners through both social media and email.
Our prayers and thoughts are with the people who have fallen ill and the employees and firms who are experiencing the stress that this occurrence has brought to us all. At AWI, we know this might negatively affect us all in the short term, but together we will endure this storm. We look forward to an end to this crisis and celebrating a bright future with all of you for many years to come.
